Power-up Program

We started this workshop in September 2016 and was such a success that we will be running these ongoing through-out the year. Our first group of girls created such a strong sacred network that not only supported each other through some difficult times but was also a fantastic opportunity for the girls to have somewhere safe to express themselves and bounce ideas of one another. The outcome was we are all very similar in so many ways and we are not alone when going through life ups and downs.
