Processes that will support Body Image- Negative Self-talk & Belief/Confidence in the stages of puberty.
This is our new 12-16 age workshop. Delving into deeper discussion around friendships, Connection to self, Law of Attraction and Intuition. A beautiful transition from our first course and an opening into responsibilities and the sacred world of connections.
